Audio Comparer will listen to your entire audio collection and then will be able to quickly locate duplicates and similar audio files based on their sound, not tags. The program will estimate duplicate songs’ quality and advise you which ones are better to keep and which to delete.

Currently Audio Comparer is able to locate duplicates among MP3, WMA, WAV and OGG audio files.

Document Backup is an easy-to-use solution intended to automatically backup your important data to a local or network hard disk, CD, DVD, Blu-Ray or HD-DVD disc or even to an FTP server. Compressed backups (in the zip format) save space and incremental backups save time.

Now Document Backup can handle files that are open in other applications. Even if your files are locked by the operating system and can’t be read by a regular backup utility, Document Backup will be able to read and back them up through the VSS subsystem, available in XP and Vista. Thanks to the built-in scheduler, you can stop worrying about the safety of your data. Document Backup makes backups of your data in a fully automatic mode. You can also use any other scheduler to schedule items to be backed up.

Using JoikuSpot Light you can share your high speed wireless connection with other devices, such as your laptop, iPhone, iPod Touch, etc. The application is very easy to set up and takes no more than a couple of minutes to get going. Once installed, your connection will be detected by any WLAN-enabled device in the surrounding area.

For web browsing, JoikuSpot Light supports HTTP and HTTPS, giving you secure access to pages. For added security it also lets you protect your connection using a WEP key. JoikuSpot Light includes support for VPN access, giving you access to your company’s intranet, network and your email inbox wherever you may be.

JoikuSpot Light is really useful if you have other devices you want to share you wireless 3G connection with. If you haven’t got any other devices, you won’t really get any use out of the program.

Lost Theme (S60 3rd)-Show your affection for the hit TV series

Personally, I haven’t watched a single episode of Lost in my life, but from what I hear it’s pretty good.

This Lost theme for Series 60 3rd Edition mobile phones helps you celebrate your love of the program all day round. The download adds the famous logo as a background wallpaper and alters some of the colors on the main screen to fit.

Although the main menu image looks very atmospheric, once you click on the ‘Menu’ button to enter your phone’s apps and settings, the whole thing starts to look a bit messy. The icons are too dark for my liking and the blobby background that appears behind them made me feel a bit queasy.

If you’re a die-hard fan of the program then you’ll probably like the Lost Theme. however, it’s not particularly attractive.

It’s always good to know what’s going on around you, especially when you’re in a place that’s foreign to you. Thanks to the power of GPS it’s now possible to discover what’s nearby just by looking at your phone.

If you’re lucky enough to have a GPS-enabled device then you’ll know that it’s already possible to create and download points of interest to make the most from your satellite capabilities. Thus, you can check whether there are nearby gas stations, restaurants or even speed cameras.

Until now, it’s only really been possible to view this information on a map, but don’t you reckon it would be easier if you could receive a visual warning or a voice alert to give you a clear indication of when that POI is in range? Especially for speed traps, I would imagine.

Wel, dream no more, because POI Alert has been designed to alert you to radar signals and speed limits. Even if you don’t have GPS built into your phone, it’s compatible with external GPS receivers connected via Bluetooth.

After a rather lengthly set-up process, the program performs very well and there are plenty of options to fiddle around with for setting the type of alert you want and adjust the distance notification in a speed-dependent way.

In Deceit of Time 1.0-Tranquil outdoors scene for your phone

It’s great to be able to get out to the countryside, or even spend some time in the park – but it’s not always practical if you live in the city.

With In Deceit of Time you can always feel like you’re in a relaxing place. The Series 60 theme adds an eye-catching background wallpaper of a country scene to your phone. The image depicts trees and grass next to a lake, and has been treated in Photoshop to distort the perspective and alter the colors of the sky.

In Deceit of Time also changes some of your system icons, and I was impressed with some of the colorful designs used. I’m not sure they’re in-keeping with the background though.

Overall, In Deceit of Time is a nice, relaxing S60 theme which will take your mind of the stresses of the World.
