the headphone is really nice but the battery pack was a little bulky. the sound quality was your average earphone, one things sucks about this bluetooth is the fact that you don’t have the capability to use it for music such as skip a music or go back. is a decent earphone and i will recommend it but not at that price.

I planned to buy this product to use for my iPhone 3G: it turns out that I only use this headset whenever i have call, not for music listening. Here are my pros and cons:
PROS
- handy, not bulky
- good sound quality
- long operating hours
CONS
- max sound volume is not that loud
- quite long wires, not adjustable
- battery charge docking design
I gave this headset to my brother for his new Motorola mobile. It works great on both calls and music listening.

the good things first. the battery life is really good. sound quality is ave. however the sound volume does not go very loud. i use it while mowing the lawn, and you can barley hear the music. mine broke after 6 months i called to send it in for warranty work. however it has a 1 year warranty on parts, but only a 3 month warranty on labor. i said what. what a scam. i will never buy another sony product because of that scam. i went and bought the nokia and it is so far 1000% better. the volume will go as loud as you want it. the sound quality is great, battery life is ave. we will see how long it last, and how their warranty works . i will keep you posted.

To put my low score in context, I purchased this bluetooth device to use with a GPS on a motorcycle.
The max volume was a joke – like something dialed back by parents to protect young ones’ ears. At maximum volume, and with the earbuds snuggly fit into both ears, I could barely tell what song was playing from my Garmin GPS while riding faster than 20 MPH. I couldn’t hear ANY turn by turn direction unless I was at a dead stop. Side by side comparison with Apple’s earbuds and these earbuds both using my iPhone illustrated the huge difference – max volume on this device isn’t even close to max on wired headphones.
The 2nd really big problem I had was the design of the unit itself has an alligator clip that isn’t strong enough to actually hold the unit onto any fabric and withstand any jostling or vibration. Combine this with the a) unrealistically short cord from the unit to the left earbud (about 8″) and the ONLY place you can put this is in a chest pocket… if you happen to have one.
I have no idea how long the batter lasts… gave up in disgust.

It SUCKS! I would return it if I could! Waste of $50.00 in my opinion.
