These are valid suggestions and both are being looked into right now by our product team. But you should know that Mozy actually does pick up right where it left off. You don't have to start all over again. We can do a better job of making that clear. Right now, you can know this is true by looking at the total number of files left to back up. Each time you start a backup, that number has reduced.
